The project manager at CliniRx is EMPOWERED as well as ACCOUNTABLE. Project teams work as a close knit group under the project manager, at the same time, deriving functional expertise from their individual departments.

The Project Manager is extensively trained on Project Management – with special focus on people management and time management. PM is equipped with latest IT and Project Management tools to keep the team as well as the stakeholders fully informed on all aspects of the study. Relying heavily on matrices and real time data, the Project Manager is able identify challenges early, and troubleshoot them early to avoid any delays.

This structure and philosophy has helped CliniRx is streamlining its processes and delivering the projects On time; On Budget, On Science and On Quality.
